We gaan daarbij op zoek naar de vaardigheden van de 21ste eeuw die jobs in die context zullen vereisen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kazi in het bijzonder is betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van een webinstrument dat jong talent inzicht biedt in de mate waarin ze over die vaardigheden van de 21ste eeuw beschikken, en hen ori&euml;nteren naar vacatures met mogelijk gelijklopende gevraagde skill sets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het werkpakket dat Kazi co&ouml;rdineert maakt de verbinding tussen grosso modo drie types partners.&nbsp; Een eerste groep partners zijn de \"toeleiders\", partners die rechtstreeks of via intermediairs op het terrein toegang hebben tot de doelgroep. Met hen worden bestaande toeleidingsinstrumenten en werkwijze bevraagd, de criteria die zij van belang achten voor succesvolle matches mee ontwikkeld. Tweede groep partners zijn de (onderwijs-) en onderzoeksinstellingen. Zij worden verenigd over de grens heen om vanuit een synopsis van de bestaande toeleidingstools en de 21e-eeuwse skills zoals opgelijst in werkpakket 3 van Skills Navigator de werkwijze en criteria te identificeren die een ori&euml;ntering en eventuele matching mogelijk maken, zowel \"objectief\" (in termen van wat bijvoorbeeld in de voorwaarden van de werkgeversarrangementen gematcht moet worden) als \"subjectief\" (in termen van de 21e-eeuwse vaardigheden zoals interpersoonlijke vaardigheden die met de digitale functionaliteit moeten worden gecombineerd). Derde groep partners zijn een Vlaamse (Kazi) en Nederlandse onderneming (Portstream) die nu al op digitale manier HR-diensten aanbieden.
