The Kazi Team Roles Test supports talent in their search for a workplace that fits their needs, by identifying which (team) role suits them best. At the same time, we also assess the employer needs. As a result, each and every talent gets a clear overview of his or her desired team role(s). Our research was designed and conducted in partnership with a team of therapists, HR-experts and academics.

Goal-oriented performer

A goal-oriented performer focuses on finding solutions and achieving goals. In a group, the employee tends to focus on what needs to happen in the short-term.

Creative

A creative type thinks outside of the box. They are experts on the issue and work hard at innovation. In a group, they come up with creative solutions for existing challenges.

Visionary/strategist

A visionary/strategist has a clear vision for the future and the direction in which one must go. In a team, the employee takes on tasks that the group has to critically examine with respect to long-term relevance.

Helicopter

Planner
